These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services by both Employers and Candidates under EliteEmp, owned by EliteEmp Services Pvt. Ltd.

1. Service Agreement

All services provided by EliteEmp are subject to formal agreements signed by the Employer and/or Candidate. These agreements outline the scope of engagement, duration, obligations, and limitations of both parties.

2. Eligibility

Employers must be a valid business entity—Sole Proprietorship, Partnership Firm, LLP, or Pvt Ltd. Candidates must be over 18 years of age and legally eligible for employment.

All information exchanged between EliteEmp, Candidates, and Employers is confidential and must not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

EliteEmp is not liable for any employment outcome, business decision, or economic loss arising after the hiring process. Background verification is the responsibility of the employer unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to discontinue services for any Candidate or Employer who breaches our terms, misuses data, or exhibits unprofessional conduct.

8. Modification of Terms

EliteEmp may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the latest version.
